Are your products made-to-order?
Yes. Many of our products are made-to-order through our trusted production partners.
This allows us to offer unique designs while reducing waste and maintaining quality.
How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Orders typically go through two stages:
- Production time: 2–5 business days
- Shipping time (U.S.): 3–7 business days
You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Please note: Items in the same order may arrive separately.
Why didn’t my order ship the same day?
Unlike traditional stores, many of our products are custom-made after you place your order.
This means we do not offer same-day shipping, but we ensure each item is produced with care and quality.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free standard shipping on most U.S. orders. Shipping times may vary depending on the product and destination.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we primarily ship within the United States. We are working on expanding international shipping in the future.
Can I return or exchange my item?
Because many of our products are made-to-order:
- We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect selection
- We do not offer direct exchanges
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
We will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can only be canceled or modified within 2 hours of purchase. After that, the item may already be in production and cannot be changed.
Do your products guarantee Feng Shui results?
Our products are inspired by traditional Feng Shui symbols associated with concepts like luck, protection, balance, and prosperity.
However, they are intended for symbolic, decorative, and personal use only. Results may vary based on personal belief and interpretation.
Are your products authentic Feng Shui items?
