Refund policy

At StoreFengShui.com (FunGiftCorner), we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase.

Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
  • Must be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Returns must be approved before sending items back. Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Important: Made-to-order (Print-on-Demand) Items

Many of our products are made-to-order (Print-on-Demand).

Because of this:

  • Returns are not accepted for buyer’s remorse, wrong selection, or change of mind
  • Please review product details carefully before purchasing

However, we will always make it right if there is an issue (see below).

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

We will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Print-on-demand items (unless defective)
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different item:

  1. Request a return (if eligible)
  2. Place a new order

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or provider

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase.

After that, orders may already be in production and cannot be canceled.
