Because we stock all of our items, all orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. In many cases, your items will even ship the same day! We offer FREE SHIPPING to all domestic orders. We treat every item you purchase as if it were our own and we take extreme care in packaging each order.
Shipping:
All items are shipped by either United States Postal Service(USPS) which can take 2 and 7 business days for delivery.
Orders are typically shipped the same or following business day. You will be notified by e-mail if the item is not available to ship within 2-3 days.
Shipping to Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii
There is no additional shipping charge to Alaska, Puerto Rico or Hawaii. However, we do not offer express shipping to these regions.
International Shipping
We are happy to offer shipping to Canada and Mexico in addition to the United States on www.storefengshui.com. Please refer to our international shipping page for more information.
Our Refund Policy
At Store Feng Shui, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We are confident that you will be happy with the quality of our products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products to us for a full refund. Please contact us within 30 days of placing your order to obtain a return authorization number. We will not accept any returns without a return authorization number.
Once a return is authorized, if the product is defective, we will refund your payment and send you a return shipping label. Otherwise, you will receive your payment less any shipping charges. If you received free shipping on your purchase, we will deduct the shipping fees we had to incur to ship the products to you. Please return authorized orders in its original form and packaging. We must receive the return within 14 days from the day the return authorization was issued. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions.

This is a handy pocket-sized carry-along talisman card to fit perfectly into your wallet or purse. It features the beautiful Medicine Buddha on one side and his mantra and brief description on the other.
Medicine Buddha Feng Shui Symbolism:
Medicine Buddha, so named because of his compassionate ability to provide the ultimate antidote to the removal of success and health obstacles, is the embodiment of the collective healing power of all the Buddhist Deities. He is the supreme physician, the dispenser of spiritual medicine, and enlightened healer who protects living beings from physical and mental sickness, as well as other dangers and obstacles. The Medicine Buddha is depicted sitting on a lotus throne and his right hand is outstretched towards the ground over his right knee in the gesture called supreme generosity. In it, he holds the arura plant, known for its healing powers. His left hand is in the meditation mudra – rested in his lap, palm upward and holding a pot that contains the nectar of immortality. All these signify the eradication of sickness and suffering.

Returns Policy
Thank you for selecting StoreFengShui as a source for your feng shui products needs. We put in every effort to service you to the best of our ability in order to provide you with a flawless experience.
Our goal is to resolve your order problems in an efficient and economical manner, with minimal hassle on your end. The following terms and conditions will list our return policy, which will help you understand how our returns are processed. This includes obtaining an RMA number, making a return, and also understanding the different courses of action associated with each return type.
Request for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number
All returns must be made within 10 days from the invoice date. We highly recommend that you inspect each product carefully upon receipt, as this will allow us to correct any issues in a timely manner.
If there are any errors that were made on your order, please contact us by email contact@storefengshui.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). You will need to have the following information available at the time you contact us; your name, order number, item number of the product you wish to return, size (if it’s a ring you are returning), quantity, and the reason for the return.
Please do NOT mail back returns if you have not received an RMA number. This is very important! We will refuse any packages that do not have the proper RMA number written on the outside of the returning package.
Instructions on How to Make a Return
All returning packages must have the RMA number clearly written on the outside of the returning package.
All items that are being returned to StoreFengShui should be in a protective package, such as a padded envelope. We will not be held liable for items that are lost or damaged due to unsecured packaging.
Please be advised that we do not accept any items that have been used, worn, altered, or returned passed the 30-day return period.

Incorrect or Defective Items
If your feng shui products order contains any incorrect, damaged, or defective items, please contact us right away. We have policies in place to take care of such issues for you, and we welcome the chance to make things right. Please refer to the information below for further assistance:
Incorrectly shipped items can either be exchanged with the correct item or receive a full refund.
Damaged items can either be replaced with a brand new item or receive a full refund.
Please note that, if you choose to receive a replacement, the postage amount you pay to return the merchandise will not be refunded because we will be sending you your replacement for free of charge.
If you would like to receive a refund, please ship the item by USPS and we will credit you back for the postage amount you paid to return the merchandise.
Final-Sale/Final Sale/Special Order
All the fashion jewelry items and accessories in our “On Sale” category has been drastically reduced in price, therefore, they are not eligible for a return or exchange. Please be aware when purchasing that this is literally a final sale, and if you send back the jewelry for a return or exchange we must simply send the original purchase back to you. If your feng shui products arrives damaged, you must contact us in writing (send an email with your order number to contact@storefengshui.com) within 5 days of receipt to see what options are available for you.
Restocking Fees
Any non-defective items that are being returned will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Shipping
We ship our Feng Shui Products products via USPS (United States Postal Service), our lowest cost option to date, UPS and FedEx.Orders that arrive before 1pm ET typically go out the same day. Orders that arrive after this time typically go out the next day. Shipping and payment confirmations may cause delays. This can vary during holiday season.We also provide free shipping for all orders if the shipping address is within the Continental United States, Alaska, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Hawaii or Guam. Please take into account that UPS and FedEx does not deliver to P.O. boxes. Once our shipping department receives your order, it will be processed and shipped within 48 hours of receipt of your order form. Tracking information will be emailed to you. Since all products are shipped from USA, should receive the order within 5-7 days of order date.
