Our goal is to resolve your order problems in an efficient and economical manner, with minimal hassle on your end. The following terms and conditions will list our return policy, which will help you understand how our returns are processed. This includes obtaining a RMA number, making a return, and also understanding the different course of actions associated with each return type.
Request for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number
All returns must be made within 10 days from the invoice date. We highly recommend that you inspect each product carefully upon receipt, as this will allow us to correct any issues in a timely manner.
If there are any errors that were made on your order, please contact us by email firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). You will need to have the following information available at the time you contact us; your name, order number, item number of the product you wish to return, size (if it’s a ring you are returning), quantity, and the reason for the return.
Please do NOT mail back returns if you have not received a RMA number. This is very important! We will refuse any packages that do not have the proper RMA number written on the outside of the returning package.
Instructions on How to Make a Return
All returning packages must have the RMA number clearly written on the outside of the returning package.
All items that are being returned to StoreFengShui should be in a protective package, such as a padded envelope. We will not be held liable for items that are lost or damaged due to unsecured packaging.
Please be advised that we do not accept any items that have been used, worn, altered, or returned passed the 30 day return period.

Please be careful: You should NOT write “Store Feng Shui”, “Feng Shui”, or other FengShui-related words anywhere on the package as this invites possible theft.
Incorrect or Defective Items
If your feng shui products order contains any incorrect, damaged, or defective items, please contact us right away. We have policies in place to take care of such issues for you, and we welcome the chance to make things right. Please refer to the information below for further assistance:
Incorrectly shipped items can either be exchanged with the correct item or receive a full refund.
Damaged items can either be replaced with a brand new item or receive a full refund.
Please note that, if you choose to receive a replacement, the postage amount you pay to return the merchandise will not be refunded because we will be sending you your replacement for free of charge.
If you would like to receive a refund, please ship the item by USPS and we will credit you back for the postage amount you paid to return the merchandise.
Final-Sale/Final Sale/Special Order
All the fashion jewelry items and accessories in our “On Sale” category has been drastically reduced in price, therefore, they are not eligible for a return or exchange. Please be aware when purchasing that this is literally a final sale, and if you send back the jewelry for a return or exchange we must simply send the original purchase back to you. If your feng shui products arrives damaged, you must contact us in writing (send an email with your order number to email@example.com) within 5 days of receipt to see what options are available for you.
Any non-defective items that are being returned will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
We ship our Feng Shui Products products via USPS (United States Postal Service), our lowest cost option to date, UPS and FedEx.Orders that arrive before 1pm ET typically go out the same day. Orders that arrive after this time typically go out the next day. Shipping and payment confirmations may cause delays. This can vary during holiday season.We also provide free shipping for all orders if the shipping address is within the Continental United States, Alaska, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Hawaii or Guam.Please take into account that UPS and FedEx does not deliver to P.O. boxes.Once our shipping department receives your order, it will be processed and shipped within 48 hours of receipt of your order form. Tracking information will be emailed to you. Since all products are shipped from USA, should receive the order within 5-7 days of order date.
